Team Lead, Customer Success (we) at Mapp Digital

Benedetta Bicocchi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Benedetta is currently serving as the Team Lead for Customer Success Italy & Spain at Mapp since January 2024. Prior to that, they were the Team Lead for Customer Success UK at Mapp from February 2022 to December 2023. Benedetta also worked as a Senior Manager for UK Customer Success at Mapp from November 2021 to January 2022.

Before joining Mapp, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at SmartFocus from March 2018 to September 2020. Their earlier experience includes roles at Castello SGR, where they served as a Fund Manager from January 2016 to July 2016, and as an Investment Analyst from January 2014 to December 2015. Benedetta also worked as an Investment Analyst at Investimenti e Sviluppo S.p.A. from April 2012 to November 2013.

Benedetta also has a background in athletics, particularly as a professional horse rider. Benedetta represented the Federazione Italiana Sport Equestri, winning national and international showjumping events and achieving 4th place at the Italian Championships from 1999 to 2006.

Benedetta Bicocchi has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Università Bocconi, completed in 2013. In 2016, they obtained a Certificate in Digital Marketing from General Assembly. In 2015, they also completed an Online Certificate in Customer Analytics from The Wharton School. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Chateaubriand de Rome from 1994 to 2008, obtaining an International Baccalaureat in the Science stream. In addition, they obtained a certification in Customer Analytics from Wharton Online | The Wharton School in October 2015.
