Team Lead Customer Success at Mapp Digital

Sascha Scheuren has a diverse work experience in the field of customer success and marketing. They started their career as a Trainee in PR and Corporate Communications at SPORTTOTAL AG in 2012. They later worked as a Junior Manager in Corporate Communications and then joined TELiAS GmbH as a Marketing & PR Manager from 2014 to 2016.

In 2016, Sascha joined AB Tasty as an Optimization Consultant, and later became the CSM Team Leader DACH. They then transitioned to the role of CSM DACH Senior Manager until 2020. They then moved on to GUURU as a Senior Customer Success Manager for a year, from 2020 to 2021.

Currently, Sascha works at Mapp Digital as a Senior Customer Success Manager, and is currently serving as the Team Lead for Customer Success. Mapp Digital is a global independent provider of online marketing solutions. They offer a wide range of software, data management platforms, customer services, and optimization tools for various marketing channels.

Throughout their career, Sascha has gained expertise in customer success management, optimization, and strategic consulting in the field of online marketing.

Sascha Scheuren completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Studies and German Studies at The University of Bonn from 2007 to 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in North American Studies at the same university. Additionally, Sascha obtained various certifications in different fields, including Mapp Engage Certification - Advanced Level from Mapp in 2022, Mapp Intelligence Certification - Basic Level from Mapp in 2021, and AB Tasty Expert User from AB Tasty in 2020, among others.
