Tanya Sournina Acma

Tanya Sournina has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Tanya currently holds the position of Director of Finance at Mapp Digital since July 2020. Prior to this, they worked as an Interim Group Financial Controller at Arena Racing Company from September 2019 to March 2020. In 2019, Tanya also worked as an Interim Group Consolidation Accountant at RLDatix, where they improved the financial model for third-party investors and business valuations. Tanya has also held interim positions at Olive Communications as an Interim Working Capital Manager and at Ingeus as an Interim Finance Manager. Tanya's career started as a Senior Management Accountant at Ocean Intelligent Communications and EMEA Accountant at OSIsoft. Tanya also gained valuable experience as a Financial Management Accountant at Alexandra Park and Palace, where they played a key role in the implementation of various systems.

Tanya Sournina ACMA, CGMA holds a Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Kuzbass State Technical University (KuzSTU). Tanya also obtained the ACMA, CGMA designation from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and completed a Certificate in Business Valuations from ACCA. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in areas such as becoming a manager, Excel data analysis, managing conflict, Excel what-if analysis, understanding cash flow, and human resources foundations from various institutions including LinkedIn and BPP.
