Annika Karlsson

Annika Karlsson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human rights, peace building, and environmental management. Currently serving as a Human Rights and Peace Building Expert and Deputy Head of Secretariat at ORGUT Consulting since January 2014, responsibilities include overseeing the administration of the Swedish Norwegian Fund for support to Colombian civil society organizations. Concurrently, Annika has been the Coordinator of External Relations at MAPP-OEA since February 2011, focusing on donor relations and monitoring the peace agreement implementation in Colombia. Previous roles include Program Analyst at UNDP, Environmental Advisor at OSCE, Program Manager at the World Environment Center, and Project Manager at Stockholm Environment Institute, showcasing a strong background in coordination, strategic planning, and capacity building. Annika holds a Jurisdkandidat examen/Bachelor in Law from Stockholm University and a Master of Law in International Law from Queensland University of Technology.
