Laura Taylor

Laura Taylor is an accomplished marketing and retail professional with extensive experience in managing teams and developing marketing strategies. Currently serving as Marketing Manager at MAPP since April 2018, Laura is responsible for a comprehensive marketing plan for a shopping centre and its 75 stores. Laura's entrepreneurial spirit is highlighted through the ownership of Kitsch Jewellery, which transitioned from a physical retail shop to an online business. Previous roles include Customer Services Supervisor at VSG Vision Security Group, where Laura oversaw a team and ensured exceptional customer service, and Retail Liaison Manager at Bullring, managing information and policies for numerous stores. Laura holds an HND in Jewellery Design and Silversmithing from UCE Birmingham.
