Avanti Krishnan, CHRP has seven years of work experience. Avanti began their career in 2007 as a Software Engineer at Infosys. In 2011, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at Daimler AG. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Management Trainee - HR at Mercedes Benz Research and Development, India. Avanti then moved to Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance, where they held the roles of HR Manager, Senior HR Manager - Talent Acquisition, and Deputy Chief Manager HR - Talent Acquisition. In 2017, they became Global Talent Coordinator, Diversity & Inclusion at Manulife. Additionally, Avanti holds two certifications - Certified Human Resource Professional from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association obtained in March 2018, and Introduction to Psychology from Coursera obtained in April 2017.
