Charleen Justice has a diverse professional background, currently serving as the Executive Manager to the President at the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) since August 2017, where responsibilities include policy development and operational management. Previously held positions at MAPS include Executive Assistant to the Executive Director and Founder, Community Engagement Assistant, Lead Conference Volunteer, and Conference Volunteer. In addition to MAPS, Charleen has extensive experience as a Data Analyst and Executive Assistant at The Nile, and has contributed as a Development Intern at the University of Oregon. Other roles include Strengths-Based Leadership Coach at Holden Center and various support and service positions in hospitality. Charleen holds a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Oregon Graduate School, a Bachelor of Science in Planning, Public Policy, and Management from the University of Oregon, and multiple associate degrees from Lane Community College.
