Tess Marin Shelley

Tess Marin Shelley has extensive experience in database management and development within the nonprofit sector, primarily with the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) since August 2011. Tess serves as Database Manager, overseeing the donor and prospect database in Salesforce, and has previously held roles such as Development Specialist and Development Associate, managing data in Neon CRM and ensuring effective communication with donors. Prior experience includes administrative support at UC Santa Cruz and production management at City on a Hill Press. Tess holds a Master of Arts in Pharmacoeconomics and Health Economics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
