Becky Johnson

Becky Johnson has worked in the publishing industry since 2009. Her first job was as an Editorial Assistant at Tucker Slingsby Ltd Twickenham, where they were responsible for coordinating and administrating the development of new children’s books. In 2010, they moved to Usborne Publishing as a Translation, Film and Audio Rights Controller, where they were responsible for coordinating the licensing and project management of coedition manufacturing projects with international children’s book publishers, as well as the negotiation and sale of audio and film licences. In 2015, they joined 3P Learning as a Client Manager Team Leader, responsible for leading a team of 12 individuals responsible for the sale, implementation and evolved development of online educational resources. Becky was also a Key Account Manager, responsible for the retention and growth of a portfolio of schools subscribing to one or more online educational resources. In 2021, they moved to Labster as a Sales Team Manager - EU, and in 2022 they became the Sales Manager, UK and Ireland at MapsPeople.

Becky Johnson attended Queen's University Belfast from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a BA in English Language and Literature.
