Kristy McDougal

Kristy McDougal has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2007. Kristy began their career as a Unix Systems Administrator Co-op at Advanced Micro Devices in 2007. Kristy then moved to GLOBALFOUNDRIES in 2009 as a Unix IT Systems Engineer. In 2010, they became a Sales Engineer at Virtual Bridges. In 2011, they joined VaraLogix as a Systems Engineer, where they were responsible for all technical aspects of the sales cycle including product overviews and demonstrations, assessing prospect requirements, architecture reviews, onsite proof of concepts, training, and post-sales services. In 2012, they moved to BMC Software as a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant, where they were part of a world-wide DevOps specialist team, focusing on application release orchestration and automation. In 2014, they co-founded Trifectix as a Product and Sales Engineer. In 2019, they joined MapsPeople as a Head of Global Solutions Engineering and Senior Sales Engineer, where they work closely with prospects and clients on technical aspects of the MapsIndoors platform.

Kristy McDougal obtained their BS degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin in 2009. In 2013, they obtained ITIL v3 Foundation Certified certification.
