Courtney Cassaras, PHR

Courtney Cassaras, PHR has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. In 2021, they began their role as Chief Of Staff at Mapware, a US-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for geospatial intelligence. Prior to this, they were Director of Human Resources at Hays from 2016 to 2021, where they were responsible for planning, development, interpretation and administration of Hays policies and procedures. From 2008 to 2016, they were Human Resources Director, Consultant Care at Veredus, a Hays Company, where they were responsible for developing the HR Specialist role, establishing and managing the Consultant Care Program, and retention of the consultant base. Courtney also held the role of Area Resource Manager from 2008 to 2016, where they were the first point of contact for the Veredus consultants and was responsible for managing all human resource functions, delivering consultant reviews, and retention of the consultant base. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Sourcing Specialist (Contractor) at Coca-Cola Enterprises, and from 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Recruiter at Paces Staffing.

Courtney Cassaras, PHR obtained their Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Florida and their High School Diploma from St Thomas Aquinas High School. Additionally, they are a Professional in Human Resources certified by the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
