David Zand

A Los Angeles native, David at an early age discovered his love for business and building long-lasting relationships. David started his career as a City Planner in the Community Development Department at the City of Torrance, and over the past 10 years, has developed a wide-ranging entrepreneurial background which includes real estate transactions, multifamily residential construction, real estate development, and syndication.

David graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Planning from Loyola Marymount University in 2014, and a Juris Doctor from Pepperdine School of Law in 2018 with an emphasis on Contracts and Taxation. Additionally, David has held a California real estate salesperson license since June of 2014.

Utilizing his city planning, real estate, and legal background, David brings a valuable skill set to Mar Vista Partners and its clients.
