Paula Weber

Paula Weber is the Head of Customer Success at MARA Solutions, where Paula oversees the AI Review Assistant. Previously, Paula has experience as a Consulting Intern at Kölner Institut für Managementberatung, a Working Student in Analytics & Customer Success at MARA Solutions, a Student Assistant at DB Training, Learning & Consulting, and a Working Student in HR and Personnel Development at kapacht gmbh. Paula has also worked as an Academic Tutor at Universität Mannheim in statistics and as a Market Research Intern at MediaCom Deutschland. Paula holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Psychology from the University of Mannheim, with exchange semesters at San Diego State University and City University of Hong Kong during their studies.
