Clint Hale

Clint Hale has a diverse background in business development and real estate. Clint currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Marand Builders, Inc. since 2023. Prior to their current role, Clint worked at CSX as a Real Estate Acquisitions professional from 2021 to 2023. From 2019 to 2021, they held a role in Business Development, Healthcare at The Haskell Company. Clint also has experience as the Director at Rimrock Companies, where they led efforts to grow the company's commercial real estate development portfolio. Clint was a Managing Director at Standard Group, LLC from 2014 to 2019 and Director of Acquisitions & Dispositions at Multifamily Private Equity from 2010 to 2014.
