Jim Tafur

Jim is an enterprise Software Executive with over 15 years of experience managing engineering teams and delivering innovative, data-driven software solutions. Jim is well-versed in all phases of the software development lifecycle with a focus on Agile/Scrum development practices. Jim has a passion for delivering products and services from concept to market as well as improving business processes, operations, and profitability.

Jim began his career as a programmer developing risk analysis tools in the finance industry for companies such as Bank of NY and Fidelity and later transitioned into leadership roles managing large on-shore and off-shore development teams. More recently, Jim has spent the last 10 years working in the digital health arena with organizations such as the American Cancer Society and Magellan Health as well as being directly involved with 2 successful measurement-based care startups including one as a co-founder.
