Richard Jander has a diverse and extensive work experience in the financial industry. Richard worked at Maranon Capital as a Managing Director, where they focused on private credit investments in middle market companies. Prior to that, they were a Principal at Maranon Capital. Before joining Maranon Capital, Richard worked at CapitalSource as a Director for five years. Richard also served as a Vice President - Business Development at PNC Business Credit for a year. Richard started their career at LaSalle Bank, where they worked as a First Vice President - Leveraged Finance for three years.
Richard Jander attended Miami University from 1984 to 1988, where they earned their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a field of study in Finance. Following this, they pursued further education at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management from 1995 to 1998, obtaining their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance.
