Kelsey Zempel, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Marathon Capital since July 2022. Prior roles include HR Project Manager at JLL and various positions at Revantage, A Blackstone Company, where responsibilities encompassed supporting recruiting processes, managing new hire orientations, and coordinating employee departures. Kelsey began their HR career as a coordinator at McDermott Will & Emery LLP and held internships in HR and marketing at organizations such as the Milwaukee Brewers and Starcom MediaVest Group. Kelsey holds a degree in Psychology with a focus on Human Resources from Texas Christian University and has furthered education at Lorenzo de' Medici.
