Dave Smith has a diverse work experience in data architecture, database administration, software development, and data analysis. Dave has worked for various companies including Marathon Health, OurHealth, Medxcel Facilities Management, Indiana Health Information Exchange, Ciber, MCS Consultants, Avantec, and MSE Corporation. Throughout their career, Dave has handled responsibilities such as designing and implementing enterprise data warehouses, managing inbound and outbound data flows, administering databases, automating data imports and extracts, designing and implementing operational data stores, creating business intelligence solutions, performing logical and physical data modeling, developing and maintaining ETL processes, participating in database architecture design, analyzing and mapping payer source data, creating quality metrics and reports, and designing and writing applications. Their experience spans from 1993 to the present.

Dave Smith attended Indiana State University from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, in Geography and Computer Science.
