Deanna Ousky

Deanna Ousky is an accomplished IT project manager with extensive experience in leading teams and managing projects across various organizations. Currently serving as Lead Scrum Master and Senior IT Project Manager at Marathon Petroleum Corporation since October 2019, Deanna oversees project planning, execution, and documentation to ensure adherence to schedules, objectives, and budgets. Previous roles include IT Project Manager at TEKsystems, Project Manager at Emprise Technologies, and Director of Engineering at MaritzCX, where significant contributions were made to improve engineering processes and implement Agile methodologies. Deanna began her career as a Programmer/Developer at Lincoln Financial Group after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from The University of Toledo.
