Gerald Pineda

Gerald Pineda, CIH, CSP, has extensive experience in health, environmental, and safety roles within the petroleum industry. Currently, Gerald serves as an HES Professional at Marathon Petroleum Corporation since April 2019. Prior to this, Gerald held various directorial positions at Andeavor from May 2015 to April 2019, including Director of Project EH&S and Assurance as well as Director of Health & Safety. Gerald's career includes significant roles at Tesoro from May 2007 to May 2015, where responsibilities ranged from Manager of Health and Safety - Logistics to Industrial Hygienist. Gerald began the professional journey as an Industrial Hygienist at Shell from June 1998 to May 2007. Gerald earned a Master of Science in Environmental Science from the UCLA School of Public Health and holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiological Sciences from UCLA.
