Jonathan Z. Cohen

Mr. Cohen is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hepco Capital Management, LLC, a private family investment firm. Mr. Cohen is also the Founder and Co-Executive Chairman of Osprey Technology Acquisition Corp.

Mr. Cohen was named Chairman of the Board of Falcon Minerals Corporation in 2018. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of its predecessor, Osprey Energy Acquisition Corp., from its founding in 2016 through August 2018. He was a Co-Founder and served in executive capacities of Atlas Energy and Atlas Pipeline Partners LP. He also held a variety of leadership positions including, Co-Founder of the general partner of Arc Logistics Partners LP, CEO (from 2004 to September 2016) and President (from 2003 to September 2016) of Resource America, Inc., and founder and CEO of Resource Capital Corp., now known as Exantas Capital Corp. He is also the Co-Founder of Castine Capital Management, LLC.
