Misty Phillips

Misty Phillips possesses extensive experience in the energy sector, having held various leadership roles at Marathon Petroleum Corporation and Marathon Pipe Line. From January 2019 to November 2022, Misty served as Strategy & Learning Development Manager and previously as Strategic Planning Supervisor. Prior to this, Misty worked at Marathon Pipe Line for over 13 years in roles including Regulatory Inspection Coordinator, Area Manager, Training Manager, and Operations Supervisor. Key accomplishments include the development of a transformative training process for a workforce of 650 technicians and effective management of diverse teams. Earlier career experience includes scheduling product movements at Marathon Oil Corporation and operations analysis at Marathon Pipe Line. Misty holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration and Human Resource Management from Bowling Green State University.
