Philip Brzozowski

Philip Brzozowski currently serves as Vice President of HR, Labor & Employee Relations at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, a position held since July 2020. Previously, Brzozowski worked in labor relations at Toyota North America and held several roles at Marathon Petroleum, including Vice President of Employee & Labor Relations, where responsibilities included overseeing collective bargaining agreements for numerous refineries and logistics assets. Prior to the merger with Marathon, Brzozowski served as Vice President of Employee & Labor Relations at Andeavor. Additional experience includes strategic leadership roles at Exelon and managerial positions at ArcelorMittal. Brzozowski also contributed to legal education as an adjunct professor at Valparaiso Law School. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
