Angelica Berrocal

Angélica Berrocal is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior Talent Business Partner at Marathon Ventures and Marathon Talent since June 2023. Angélica acts as an HRBP for portfolio companies and start-ups across LATAM. In addition to this role, Angélica has been a formal teacher at Universidad de Los Andes since September 2021, instructing postgraduate courses on Digital Trends in Human Resources Management. Previously, Angélica held key positions at Michael Page, where expertise was developed in IT and digital sectors, and at Amaris Consulting, serving as IT Talent Manager for North America. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a degree in Psychology from Universidad de Los Andes, along with various certifications in competencies management and design thinking.
