Rafael Santos

Rafael Santos is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in the gaming and casino industry. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager for the Western region at Marathonbet since January 2021, Rafael is responsible for driving growth strategies in Spain, Italy, and Brazil while managing key performance indicators for the region. Prior to this role, Rafael led international expansion strategies as the International Development - B2C at Marathonbet. Rafael's previous experience includes serving as the International Sales Manager - B2B at Scientific Games, where revenue development across multiple countries was a focus, and as a Field Services Engineer EMEA at WMS Gaming, providing technical support and training for gaming machines in Europe and South America. Rafael holds a Master’s degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from EADA Business School, a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Business from Paris-Sud University, and an Associate's degree in Industrial Engineering from IUT Louis Pasteur de Schiltigheim.
