Del Latham has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Del began their career in 1995 as a Manufacturing Engineer at Applied Materials. In 1995, they joined Boeing as a Mechanical Design Engineer and worked there until 2000. Following that, Del joined MarathonNorco Aerospace, Inc. and held several positions including Lead Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering, Chief Mechanical Engineer, Business Unit Manager, and finally, VP of Engineering.
Del Latham has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University. Del attended the university from 1991 to 1994.
