Matthew Robidas

Matthew Robidas is a seasoned manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in the aerospace and medical industries. Currently employed at MarathonNorco Aerospace, Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineer since May 2022, Matthew has previously held senior engineering roles at Total Manufacturing Solutions Inc. and Flex, where responsibilities included manufacturing medical implants and aerospace components, overseeing CNC machine shop operations, and implementing process improvements using lean manufacturing principles. Matthew began their career as a machinist and tool crib manager at Waggoner Manufacturing Inc. and served in the United States Marine Corps as a Fleet Anti-Terrorist Security Team Operator. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Tarleton State University and an Associate's of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Texas State Technical College Waco.
