Gary Marchetti

Gary Marchetti has extensive work experience in various HR and leadership roles. Gary currently serves as the Senior Director of Employee Engagement at Maravai LifeSciences since November 2021. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of HR at Biocept, Inc. from March 2017. Before their roles in the life sciences industry, Gary was the CEO of Marchetti Classics Inc. from March 2016. Gary also held positions at Genentech as the Senior HR Manager from March 2007 to March 2016, and at Starwood Hotels and Resorts as the Manager of Organizational Learning and Development Eastern Region from June 2004 to March 2007. Gary's earlier work experience includes being an HR Manager at Walt Disney World from November 1997 to June 2004, the Director of Technical Services at Perimeter Church from January 1997 to November 1997, and the CEO of Gamy and Ary Inc. from February 1979 to December 1996.

Gary Marchetti has a Master of Science degree in Organizational Behavior from Golden Gate University. Gary also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the same university.
