Pete Leddy

Pete Leddy has over 30 years of experience leading growth and change across a wide variety of businesses, specifically in scaling global healthcare companies. Throughout 2022, Pete worked as a consultant to Maravai on a number of issues related to organizational design, compensation and retention before joining the Company as CAO. Previously, Pete served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Berkeley Lights, Chief People Officer at dosist, Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources and Corporate Integrity at Nuvasive, and Chief Human Resources Officer at Life Technologies and Invitrogen. Earlier in his career, he held a variety of executive and human resource positions at Dell, Promus Hotel Corp., and PepsiCo. He received his B.A. in Psychology from Creighton University and his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in industrial/organizational psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
