Pritam Dutta

Pritam Dutta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client management and quality assurance. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Marble Box since April 2019, Pritam oversees client requirements as per Service Level Agreements (SLA) and conducts training for new resources on various platforms. Previously, Pritam held the position of Quality Assurance Analyst, focusing on the US Insurance Process. Prior experience includes a role as an Officer at Vodafone Idea Limited, where responsibilities encompassed managing postpaid and prepaid processes, leading a team of twenty-five personnel, and ensuring quality performance metrics. Pritam's earlier positions involved finance coordination at Saraf & Chandra and auditing at Priya International for Aircel. Pritam holds a Bachelor's degree in Bengali Language and Literature from the University of Calcutta, complemented by an Associate's degree from Baranagar Rameshwar High School.
