David Oelfke

David Oelfke is currently serving as the Co-Founder and Managing Principal at Marble Capital since July 2016. Previously, David held the position of Vice Chairman at Newmark Knight Frank (formerly ARA/SIC) from January 1997 to December 2019. Additionally, David was a Co-Founder and Board Member at Apartment Life from January 2000 to December 2017. David earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
