Ap Juan Loaiza

Juan Loaiza, LEED AP, has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Juan is currently working as Vice President Operations at Marble Palace Inc. Prior to this, they served as the Division Manager at HomeSite Services Inc. for over four years. Juan also worked as an Operations Manager at Interior Specialists, Inc. for three years. Additionally, Juan has experience as a Business Development Manager and Project Manager at Golden Bay Fence Plus Iron Works, Inc. and Nelson Adams. Juan has also held roles such as Project Manager at G4 Construction Services, Inc. and Jennree Contracting, Inc., as well as Business Development Manager at General Coatings Corporation. Before moving into the construction industry, Juan worked as a District Maintenance Supervisor at Western National Group and as a Construction Manager at Kimball Hill Homes, overseeing various projects and managing teams efficiently.

Juan Loaiza attended San Jose State University from 1993 to 1997, where they studied English Literature. In 2009, they obtained the LEED AP Credential from the Green Building Certification Institute.
