Darrell Spegal

Darrell Spegal is an experienced facilities and maintenance manager currently serving at Marburn Academy since October 2018, a non-profit institution for children with learning disabilities in New Albany, Ohio. In addition to this role, Darrell has been associated with the Midwest Affordable Housing Management Association since 2011 in the same capacity and serves as a board member for the Columbus Apartment Association since January 1991, including a term as CAA President in 2006. Darrell has also held the position of President at TownHomes Management, Inc. since January 1981.
