Ilya Gamer is a distinguished real estate professional with extensive experience in equity brokerage and investment. Currently serving as Managing Director at Marc Belsky Ltd since October 2024, Ilya has placed over $1.5 billion in equity, focusing on the middle market for transactions between $35 million and $250 million. Previously, Ilya held a similar position at CrowdStreet, where more than $550 million in equity was originated and closed for over 60 private equity real estate investments, spanning multiple asset types and states. Earlier roles included Director at Eastern Consolidated and Associate Director at Crown Acquisitions Inc., where Ilya contributed to significant commercial real estate transactions. Ilya's academic credentials include a Master of Real Estate Development and Urbanism from the University of Miami, executive education at Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Hunter College.
