Nandy Natera Gonzalez, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nandy began their career as an intern at The Source Magazine in 2010, where they conducted market research and created content for multiple media platforms. Nandy then worked as a Brand Administrator at Maxima Apparel from 2015 to 2016.

In 2016, Nandy joined Hilldun Corporation as a Back Office Associate, where they excelled in managing the day-to-day operations of major clients and successfully project managed the launch of Whoopi Goldberg's annual Holiday Sweater Collection. Nandy then moved to G-Star RAW in 2018 as a Sales Back Office Coordinator, contributing to sales operations and coordination.

Nandy's experience in customer service operations began in 2021 when they joined Superdry as a Customer Service Operations Associate. During their time there, they provided assistance to customers and contributed to the smooth operations of the customer service department.

Before pursuing a Bachelor's degree, Nandy completed an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Arts/Liberal Studies from CUNY New York City College of Technology from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, Nandy obtained the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in August 2020.
