Dylan Heiser

Dylan Heiser is an Associate Director with Marc Realty. Dylan joined the team at the beginning of 2020. He focuses on Office leasing for Marc Realty’s buildings in the central business district of Chicago. While Dylan’s main focus is representing Marc Realty’s downtown portfolio, he also specializes in tenant representation for both office and retail properties. Dylan is passionate about helping tenants grow their business by assisting in their space needs, whether office or retail. Prior to joining Marc Realty, Dylan spent two years with EXR, a boutique brokerage in Brooklyn, NY. At EXR, Dylan assisted landlords in leasing new development projects throughout Brooklyn and helped food and beverage tenants in their search for retail space.
