Aviv Rotter

Aviv Rotter is a seasoned professional in finance and investment management with a strong background in real estate and investor relations. Currently serving as a Portfoliomanager Immobilien at MARCARD, STEIN & CO AG since September 2021, Rotter has previous experience as an Investor Relations Manager at HanseMerkur Grundvermögen A and as a Key Account-Projektmanager at Funk. Earlier roles at NORD/LB involved exposure to Investment Banking and Corporate Finance, where significant skills in Asset-Backed-Securitization and market research were developed.
