Shira Libhaber has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 15 years. Shira currently serves as the Head of Retail Innovation at Marcella New York, starting in June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Cymbio as a Customer Success Team Lead from November 2022 to July 2023 and as a Customer Success Manager from October 2021 to November 2022. At Cymbio, they contributed to enabling digital sales growth for brands through their drop ship and marketplace platform.

Before their time at Cymbio, Shira held the position of Global Brand Manager at Story | Fashion 911 Inc from May 2020 to October 2021. Shira also worked at Syte as a Global Field Marketing Manager from September 2019 to May 2020, where they leveraged visual AI solutions to improve retailers' product discovery, drive sales, and enhance the customer experience. Prior to this role, they were a Business Development Practicum at Syte from February 2019 to August 2019.

In their earlier career, Shira gained retail experience at Macy's, where they served as a Senior Omni Assistant Buyer in the Classic & Designer Shoes department from August 2017 to June 2018 and as an Omni Assistant Buyer in the Fine Jewelry - Diamond Wedding Jewelry department from March 2016 to August 2017. Shira also worked at CHANEL as an Assistant Buyer in the Leather Goods department from December 2015 to March 2016 and as a Buying Intern from September 2015 to December 2015.

Furthermore, Shira gained experience as a Retail Planning Intern at John Varvatos Enterprises from May 2015 to September 2015, and as a Public Relations Intern at Nanette Lepore from February 2013 to June 2013. Additionally, they volunteered as a Public Relation Volunteer for Fashion Week at Made by Milk in February 2012.

Before starting their career in the fashion industry, Shira served as a Field Intelligence Instructor in the Israel Defense Forces from January 2007 to April 2009. Overall, their work experience showcases a diverse range of roles and responsibilities, emphasizing their expertise in retail, customer success, brand management, and marketing.

Shira Libhaber has a diverse education history. In 2011-2012, they attended Parsons School of Design - The New School to study Design and Management. Following this, from 2012 to 2013, they pursued an Associate's Degree in Advertising and Marketing Communication at the Fashion Institute of Technology. Continuing their education, from 2014 to 2016, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in International Fashion Merchandising Management at the Fashion Institute of Technology. Throughout 2014, they also studied International Fashion Merchandising Management at Polimoda and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. In 2018-2019, Shira Libhaber pursued a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Reichman University. Additionally, in 2019, they briefly attended Columbia Business School for a Master of Business Administration degree.
