Johaine Thomas-Miranjie, CPA, is a seasoned financial expert with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the accounting and consulting sectors. As President & CEO of JTM Business Solutions since December 2008, Johaine has focused on delivering efficient bookkeeping and expanded offerings that include accounting and business consulting services for small and medium-sized businesses. Currently, Johaine serves as Controller for multiple companies, including March Consulting Associates Inc., Transall Group of Companies, and Gensource Potash, where expertise in financial management and operational efficiency supports business growth. Previous positions include Chief Financial Officer at VJ Management, Manager of Bookkeeping Services at CHECKS N BALANCES, Accountant at Tron Construction and Mining LP, and Risk Advisory Service Specialist at KPMG. Johaine is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a degree from the Department of Economics at the University of Guyana.
