Derek Smith

Derek Smith is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Group Chairman and CEO at Edwin James Group since November 2017, Derek has previously held the position of CEO at Ramco Tubular Services from April 2015 to November 2017. Prior to that, Derek was CEO at ASCO Group from 2007 to 2014, where responsibilities also included COO and CEO EMEA roles. Earlier in their career, Derek was an Executive Director at Alfred McAlpine Business Services from 2002 to 2007 and held the position of Operations Director at Stiell Group Ltd. from 1982 to 2002.
