Frank Ouyang

Frank Ouyang is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in research and development. Currently serving as VP of R&D at March Networks since June 2023, Frank is focused on developing video-based business intelligence and enhancing software development lifecycle productivity through innovative tools. Previously, as Senior Director of R&D at March Networks, Frank successfully implemented agile practices to double release cadence and improve synchronization among components. In addition, Frank holds a board member position at Instantmt.com and works as an author and instructor for SaaS Globalization Primer. Frank’s notable career includes leading R&D teams at Qlik, where high-quality software development catered to over 38,000 customers globally, and significant contributions at IBM, where Frank established a major R&D center in China and transformed team productivity through agile methodologies. Frank holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Cornell University and has an educational background from the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
