Grace Rohlfs

Grace Rohlfs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in donor development and community relations. Currently serving as the Director of Donor Development at March of Dimes since October 2019, Grace is responsible for donor recruitment, cultivation, and leading fundraising initiatives within the Greater Cincinnati community. Prior to this role, Grace held significant positions at Kendra Scott as Area Manager for Community Relations and Events, where responsibilities included driving sales and brand awareness across Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan, and as Community Relations & Event Manager, establishing brand presence in new markets. Previous experience includes a Business Development Manager role at LaSalle Network, where Grace focused on generating new business and negotiating deals, as well as a Development Assistant position at Lydia Home Association, and a Personal Stylist role at Nordstrom. Grace holds a B.A. in Public Relations & Advertising from DePaul University.
