Phil B. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Phil started their career as a JiB Approved Electrician at D.H.D Electrical LTD in 1996 and worked there until 2000. Phil then joined DES Electrical Contractors UK Ltd as a JiB Electrical Technician for a brief period before moving on to Amcor PET in 2000. At Amcor PET, Phil worked as a Shift Engineer from 2000 to 2004 and later as a Project Development Manager from 2004 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Grote Company as a Field Service Technician and eventually became a Product Manager / Technical Sales, a role they held from 2008 to 2018. Most recently, Phil worked at Marchant Schmidt, where they served as a National Account Manager from 2018 to 2022. Phil then transitioned to the role of Director of Operations in 2022, which is their current position. Throughout their career, Phil has gained experience in various areas such as electrician work, project management, technical sales, and operations management.
Phil B. attended Ysgol Dewi Saint from 1987 to 1992. Then, from 1992 to 1996, they enrolled at Newi (Yale College) where they pursued studies in becoming an Apprentice Electrician.
