Mark de Luca

Mark De Luca has extensive experience in product management and development. Mark served as a Director of Product at Marchex from 2018 onwards. Prior to that, they worked at Telmetrics from 2015 to 2018, holding the position of Director of Product Management. At Telmetrics, they led cross-functional Agile teams, defined strategies and product roadmaps, and managed the engineering department. From 2008 to 2015, Mark was the Director of Development and Quality Assurance at Telmetrics, where they led the Agile adoption and managed the QA department. Before that, they worked as a Quality Assurance Manager at Fiver Media, where they expanded the QA department and played a key role in the Agile transition. Mark also gained experience at Carestream Health and Eastman Kodak - Health Group in quality assurance roles.

Mark De Luca obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Western University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft (expected in 2024), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance (obtained in April 2020), PMI-ACP from Project Management Institute (obtained in 2014), and PMP from Project Management Institute (obtained in 2013).
