Georg Tichler

Georg Tichler is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Leiter Risikomanagement at Marchfelder Bank since March 2023. Previously, Georg held the position of Head of Operational Risk Management & Collection at Bankhaus Denzel AG from December 2020 to February 2023, and was the Head of Strategic Credit Risk at Porsche Bank AG from September 2017 to November 2020. Georg also contributed to BAWAG P.S.K. in various key roles, including Head of Retail SME and Vice President of International Retail, focusing on business renewal, portfolio acquisitions, and retail risk management. Earlier career experience includes senior consulting roles at Data Technology and leadership in analytical CRM at bwin, as well as sales marketing analytics at GE Money Bank. Georg holds a Master’s Degree in Economical & Social Statistics from the University of Vienna.
