Gabriele Bonapersona has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Gabriele started their career in 2002 as a CRM Specialist and Direct Marketing Manager for Gruppo Coin, where they were responsible for developing marketing activities for loyal customers. In 2005, they joined Sàfilo Group as a Worldwide Product Manager, overseeing the production, marketing, and sales of HUGO BOSS Eyewear collections. From 2007 to 2010, Gabriele worked as a Worldwide Senior Product Manager for REMINISCENCE DIFFUSION INTERNATIONALE, where they were responsible for marketing and product development of male and female jewels, prestige jewellery, and accessories.

Gabriele then joined Marchon Eyewear in 2010 and held various roles, including EMEA/WW Brand Manager and Global Brand Director, where they had responsibilities for managing important brands and overseeing global brand strategy. Gabriele served as the Vice President of Fashion & Lifestyle Brands from 2016 to 2022 and was recently appointed as the Chief Brand Officer and VP Global Brand Management, where they are a member of the Global Management Team. Throughout their career, Gabriele has demonstrated leadership skills, multicultural team management, and successful brand management.

Gabriele Bonapersona has a diverse education history. From 1999 to 2004, they attended Università Ca' Foscari Venezia where they studied Marketing and Management. In 2006, they pursued Marketing and Communication of Luxury Goods at 24ORE Business School. Continuing their education, Gabriele attended 24ORE Business School again in 2007, focusing on Integrated Marketing Communication. In 2015, they obtained a degree in Sales Management from SDA Bocconi. In 2016, they furthered their studies in Digital Marketing at SDA Bocconi. Lastly, until 2017, Gabriele attended INSEAD to enhance their skills in Leading for Results. Most recently, before 2020, they were enrolled at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for an unspecified degree or field of study.
