Lauren Bianchi

Lauren Bianchi's work experience includes serving as the Director of Global Quality and Compliance at Marchon Eyewear since October 2016. Prior to that, they were the Senior Manager of Global Quality and Compliance at the same company from June 2013 to October 2016. In these roles, they created a Corporate Social Responsibility program, implemented quality standards, managed compliance programs, and oversaw product testing and compliance. Before joining Marchon Eyewear, they worked at Viva International Group as a Technical Development and Compliance Manager from April 2010 to June 2013, where they performed technical reviews and ensured quality and standards for optical and sun frames. Lauren also worked as a Product Development Technician at Viva International Group from October 2005 to April 2010. Prior to that, they worked at Lenscrafters from May 2000 to December 2009, starting as a Lab Technician and eventually becoming a Lab Manager.

Lauren Bianchi, ABOC, graduated from Montclair State University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology. Lauren also holds additional certifications including being American Board of Opticianry Certified and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Bonfiglioli Consulting.
