Pieter Ruijs is a seasoned commercial leader with extensive experience in the sports and consumer products sectors. Currently serving as the Commercial Director for EMEA Sports Channel at Marchon Eyewear since May 2019, Pieter oversees the P&L for the EMEA Sports division and the omni channel strategy for prominent brands such as Nike Vision and Columbia Eyewear. Prior roles include Global Product Line Manager for Nike Equipment, where Pieter led cross-functional teams for Nike Basketball and Brand Jordan, and International Sales Manager, achieving significant revenue growth. Additional experience includes marketing and business development roles at companies like Binpress, Appical, and ADP, along with key account management at Philips Consumer Lifestyle. Pieter holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Groningen.
