Molly Bridges

Molly Bridges has a diverse background in event management and community building. Molly began their career in 2015 as an International Teacher and Community Lead at the American School of Guatemala while pursuing their Masters Degree. From 2015 to 2020, Molly also worked as an Independent Consultant in Events and Community, providing online consulting for educators seeking opportunities abroad. In 2018, they joined Springboard as a Community and Events Manager.

In 2020, Molly became a Senior Events Lead at SoFi, where they focused on strengthening the SoFi community and helping members achieve their financial goals through events. Molly also led the development and execution of the event strategy, achieving record high reach and engagement. Molly continued in this role until 2022, during which time they achieved significant attendance growth and managed a budget of over $1 million.

In 2022, Molly joined Fractal Software as an Event and Brand Lead. Molly produced and led over 80 in-person events, resulting in a 900% increase from the previous year. Molly also organized a week-long summit for over 115 staff members. Molly then moved on to The Supper Club Inc. as a Senior Event Producer, where they hosted multiple invitation-only events each month, bringing together influential guests at exclusive venues across various cities.

Most recently, Molly joined Marco Experiences in 2023 as a Senior Events Operation Manager.

Molly Bridges pursued higher education and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Education from Iowa State University between 2011 and 2015. Subsequently, they continued their academic journey by pursuing a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Digital Learning and Technologies at Framingham State University from 2016 to 2018.
