Darlene de la Cruz

Darlene De La Cruz has extensive experience in the culinary industry, starting as a Server Assistant at Baltimore Country Club in 2012. Darlene then progressed to various roles at Marco Polo Ortigas Manila, including Commis, Senior Chef, and eventually Junior Sous Chef. Currently, Darlene holds the position of Sous Chef at Australian Venue Co. Darlene De La Cruz graduated from St. Paul University Quezon City in 2013 with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
